Infitah Natasha, Principal Director

Infitah Natasha is the CEO and the Principal Director of IR Academy, offering personalized online education through the Malaysian KSSR/KSSM and UK IGCSE curricula. A Universiti Malaya graduate, Infitah began her education career in 2018 and is an alumnus of the Al Maktoum Foundation’s Academic and Leadership Trainee Programme. 

She actively promotes student leadership and is a member of the Youth Parliamentary and Johor Youth Council. Under her leadership, IR Academy fosters lifelong learning and empowers students to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Ts. Darween Reza, Vice Principal (ECA)

Ts. Darween Reza is a Certified Innovation Professional who integrates innovative technology into education. He is dedicated to helping communities embrace digitalization with a focus on advancing educational practices.

His contributions to the education sector are significant, including authoring books for the Higher Education Ministry and serving as CEO@POLYCC, a role appointed by the Ministry of Higher Education. His work emphasizes the transformative impact of technology in education.

Aina Halim, Director of Academic & Administrative Affair

Ms. Aina Halim is the Academic Director at IR Academy, where she brings extensive expertise and enthusiasm for education. Coming from a background of  English for International Communications she began her teaching career at 2017.

Ms. Aina’s dedication to education is demonstrated by her continuous involvement in leadership programs, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning. Her career has transitioned from the corporate sector to education, where she has discovered her true passion.

In addition to her academic and teaching roles, Ms. Aina is an accomplished book writer, having contributed to bestselling publications.
